2014 JAYHAWK SUMMER CAMPS

What to Bring?
The camps are non-contact camps, therefore football pads are not needed. All campers should wear proper practice clothes: Cleats, T-Shirts, Gym shorts, Athletic Socks, Athletic Supporters.

  • Early Bird 7-on-7 camp: June 1 (1:30pm-Until)

    *Open to any and all HS teams

    Each team will be guaranteed at least 5 games. 4 games to seed and 1 Tournament game. Tournament games are single elimination. The champion of will receive trophy. There will be officials on every field. Games are subjected to weather and will be adjusted accordingly. In the event we cannot host a full refund (minus processing fees) will be provided.

    Check-In: 12:30-1:30 @ Anderson Family Football Complex

    • Cost: $150 per team

  • Friday Night Lights: June 13th (5pm-9pm)

    *Open to any and all entrants entering 9th-12th grades*

    This camp is designed to polish a player’s skills as they prepare for their upcoming seasons in high school. The University of Kansas coaches provide instruction for all offensive and defensive positions. The coaches will teach the same fundamentals that they teach the Kansas players and the finer points of each position. Each camper selects a position on offense or defense for the purpose of improving their skill level in a competitive environment against themselves, others at their position and on the opposing side of the ball. In event of inclement weather we will use our indoor facility (Anschutz Pavilion attached to Allen Field House) but still will hold registration at Anderson Family Football Complex.

    • Cost: $50 per camper

  • Junior Jayhawks: June 14th (10:00am-1:30pm)

    *Open to any and all entrants entering grades 1-8 in the fall of 2014** Campers are separated by grades groups (1st-4th graders) & (5th-8th graders)*

    Campers will learn the basics of the game of football in a fun manner from our staff. We will provide everything from groundwork teaching to a fun time outside. We hope to aid in everyone’s continued success on and off the field. All offense and defensive positions are taught. In event of inclement weather we will use our indoor facility (Anschutz Pavilion attached to Allen Field House if available) but still will hold registration at Anderson Family Football Complex.

    Check-In: 9am-9:50am @ Anderson Family Football Complex

    • Cost: $50 per camper

  • Wichita Satellite Camp: June 18th @ Bishop Carroll High School (1-5pm)

    *Open to any and all entrants entering 9th-12th grades*

    This Satellite camp is designed to bring our product closer to you. We want help to polish a player’s skills as they prepare for their upcoming seasons in high school. The University of Kansas coaches provide instruction for all offensive and defensive positions. The coaches will teach the same fundamentals that they teach the Kansas players and the finer points of each position. Each camper selects a position on offense or defense for the purpose of improving their skill level in a competitive environment against themselves, others at their position and on the opposing side of the ball. In event of inclement weather we will use an indoor facility onsite (if available) and adjust the schedule.

  • Arrowhead Stadium, Home of the Kansas City Chiefs
    Kansas City Satellite Camp: June 25th @ Arrowhead Stadium (1-5pm)

    *Open to any and all entrants entering 9th-12th grades*

    The last satellite camp is at Arrowhead stadium-Home of the Kansas City Chiefs! Have you ever dreamed of playing there? Here is your chance. We want help to polish a player’s skills as they prepare for their upcoming seasons in high school. The University of Kansas coaches provide instruction for all offensive and defensive positions. The coaches will teach the same fundamentals that they teach the Kansas players and the finer points of each position. Each camper selects a position on offense or defense for the purpose of improving their skill level in a competitive environment against themselves, others at their position and on the opposing side of the ball. In event of inclement weather we will use an indoor facility onsite (if available) adjust the schedule.

NOTE: All online registration is open until Day of camp. Walk-ups will be taken up until 15mins after camp starts.

The University of Kansas is not a sponsor or Co-sponsor of the Kansas Football camps. The camps are open to all entrants limited only by camper numbers & grade level. Any camper needing special assistance must contact the camp by phone & in writing 60 days before the start to request reasonable special assistance.
